Kindness Kingdom is a printable kindness tracker designed to help young children notice, practise, and value kindness in everyday life. It supports children to build positive behaviour, empathy, and social skills at home or in early years and primary school settings.
Children follow the path through the Kindness Kingdom and colour in one box each time they show kindness. There are no set kindness tasks or rewards. Children decide for themselves what kindness looks like, which encourages reflection, choice, and intrinsic motivation rather than reward based behaviour systems.
This resource supports social and emotional learning by helping children develop empathy, emotional awareness, kindness, cooperation, and positive relationships. It is particularly useful for teaching children about feelings, behaviour, friendships, sharing, helping others, and caring actions in a simple and visual way.
The kindness tracker is suitable for EYFS, nursery, reception, and primary aged children. The clear layout and friendly illustrations make it accessible for children with different learning, communication, and additional needs. It works well for whole class use, small groups, one to one support, and family use at home.
This is a printable A4 PDF that can be used as a worksheet, poster, or ongoing classroom or home display. It can be printed in colour or black and white. Kindness Kingdom helps children understand that kindness is part of everyday life, not a one off activity.
